Upcoming: The Berlin Tasting 10th Anniversary to reach Tokyo

The next commemorative Gala Dinner will take place in Japan!

(4th March, 2014).- More surprises and excellent wines are looking forward to be unveiled for the celebration of the Berlin Tasting 10th Anniversary in Tokyo, next Thursday 6 of March at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, which will mark the third stop within the world-tour launched this year to commemorate the journey that toured over 15 nations during the last decade.

The Black-Tie Gala Dinner to celebrate the blind initiative that established Chile’s place amongst the world’s greatest appellations will be co-hosted by Mr. Eduardo Chadwick, President of Viña Errázuriz and Viña Seña, accompanied by English wine-legend, Steven Spurrier, Consultant Editor to Decanter Magazine and Chairman of the Decanter World Wine Awards, and Fumiko Arisaka, Founder of the first and premier Japanese wine magazine, Vinotheque.

  • I don’t think he was expecting at all to do as well as he did, but I think having done it, it was an educational experience further than he had planned, because instead of just educating the 40 or 50 people in the room, he educated the entire world.
