## The Wine
- [Seña](https://theberlintasting.com/zh-hans/?the_wine=sena) - 关于葡萄酒成就 Seña 的历程，从一段真诚的伙伴关系、与渴望打造出充满智利精髓的波尔多式混酿红酒展开。Seña 葡萄酒的主导品种为卡本尼苏维翁，卡麦尼带出它的智利血统，加上梅洛、品丽珠、和小维铎，使得爱德华多查威克和Robert Mondavi多年前以远见打造的这支混酿酒，更加完美。关于葡萄园深知一处理想的风土条件即是成功关键，经过四年的寻寻觅觅，他们终于找到距太平洋40公里的阿空加瓜山谷。占地42公顷的 Seña 坡地葡萄园位于海岸山脉的东面，种植了波尔多地区各主要红葡萄品种，因为有山脉屏障，使得葡萄藤免于受到寒冷海风强烈的吹袭，红葡萄则能在理想的冷冽气候条件下，拥有酸味均衡的完美成熟度，为葡萄酒提供绝佳的优雅和精致感。此区为地中海型气候，山谷斜坡的崩积土壤中含丰富土质和大小不等的石块，形成排水性良好、土质多样的砾石，岩石和壤土。为了找寻兼具保育、与自然共存，又能生产具有鲜明原产地特色的最优质葡萄酒之道，我们朝向可持续性作业、有机栽种方式进行，最后，采用了生物动力自然农法。
